Contact
Easiest way to start: call or email. I read everything that comes in and reply within 24 hours on weekdays (GST, UTC+4).
// channels
// useful to include in your first message
- project typeweb app, native (Windows/macOS/iOS/Android), or a game in Unreal/Unity
- scoperough goal, must-haves, and what success looks like in one paragraph
- timelinetarget ship date or window (helps me say yes/no honestly)
- budgetrough band — fixed-scope or month-by-month, your call
- current stackwhat exists today (if anything) and where it’s painful
None of these are required — but the more you share up front, the faster I can give you a real yes/no and a realistic shape for the work.
// what i'm good for
- +Putting LLM features into an existing product — retrieval, extraction, agents — that survive contact with real users
- +0→1 product builds where one person owns design, code, deploy and the pager
- +Internal tools that replace a spreadsheet-and-email workflow: quoting, approvals, resourcing, reporting
- +Rescuing a build that has stalled, or auditing architecture and performance before you scale it
- +Offline-first and realtime work where the network genuinely cannot be trusted
// not a fit
- −Design-only engagements — I ship code, I don't hand over a Figma file and leave
- −WordPress or Shopify theme customisation
- −Staff augmentation on a team where I don't own an outcome end to end
- −Training or fine-tuning models from scratch — I integrate models, I don't build them
- −Fixed total scope agreed before any discovery has happened
Saying no to these is how I keep the yes list fast.
// faq
Hourly or fixed?
Both. Fixed-scope for greenfield builds with clear deliverables. Hourly (or monthly retainer) for ongoing work, performance audits, or rescuing something that’s drifted.
Smallest engagement you’ll take?
About a week of focused work, or a one-off audit. I’d rather decline a misfit than half-ship something.
How fast can you start?
Usually within 1–2 weeks. If something’s urgent, ask — I’ve juggled hot-fix work in parallel with longer projects before.
NDA, IP assignment, that stuff?
All standard. I’ll sign yours, or use a short one of mine. Clean handover: all source, infrastructure, and credentials transfer to you on completion.
Subcontract or pass to a team?
No. You hire me, I do the work. Single point of contact, no agency markup.
